BACKSTORY: FROM OVERWORKED TO ALIGNED

For years, Leila thrived in the technical world of government contracting, managing complex projects and leading teams of up to 20 people. On paper, it was a perfect fit — stable, respected, and lucrative. But beneath the surface, something felt misaligned.

As a Projector in Quantum Human Design™ (a system founded by Dr. Karen Parker that blends astrology, chakras, Kabbalah, I Ching, and modern psychology), Leila was never built for endless hustle. She couldn’t generate her own energy like others. She burned out faster, sensed the emotions in every room, and often didn’t feel seen. Worse, she had internalized the idea that her discomfort meant she was broken — or not working hard enough.
